Team Review: 3rd Place "Perrins"

9-5. 121 points per game.

Whew.. finally, he backed up his claims. For years he's been saying he was the number 1 player in the league.. this year was no different including a bold claim that he had "the best skill position players the league has had." Of course, he wasn't able to turn that into a #1 ranking, but 3rd is a great place to be for Perrins. Next year, we'll hear about he's going to parlay this into a perennial run at the top.

What Went Right: He never lost more than one game in a row and had 3 2-game winning streaks. 5 times he went over 140 points on the season and only 2 games he was under 100.  Uhhh.. Ryan Broyles, Jeff Fuller, DeMarco Murray, Ryan Williams and even Michael Egnew were solid.

What Went Wrong: The big name QB's from big time BCS schools weren't always what the doctor ordered. That's what didn't put him over the top; his solid stable of backs were hit and miss on some weeks.

What the Boosters are saying: "About time. We've spent a lot of money to get him here because of what he sold us.. He told us he's from the Bret Bielema school of coaching and he should be title contention in the next 2-3 years. In addition, neither one of them can drink that much though they act differently. This helps keep our bills down at football gatherings."
